SUMMARY
If you use a laptop with an external display, then disconnect the external
display notifications are no longer shown.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. Have notifications set to show in upper right corner, primary display is to
the left and internal laptop display is secondary to the right.
1. Connect external display
2. remove external display
OBSERVED RESULT
Notifications no longer pop up when back in "laptop mode"
EXPECTED RESULT
Notifications should work properly
